Jan 7, 2013If you treat Anomaly Korea as more of an expansion pack rather than a full-on sequel you'll be pleased with the purchase. Even if you wanted more, I find it hard to believe that you can resist more pure Anomaly.
-
Jan 3, 2013If you liked the first game, this is an absolute must-buy.
-
Games Master UKMar 24, 2013It beefs up the visual oomph of the original considerably. [Apr 2013, p.88]
-
Jan 2, 2013Anomaly Korea is a must for any Tower Defence fan looking for something a little different and it's a great sequel for any fans of the first game.
-
Dec 28, 2012Constituting a refinement of the Warzone Earth model that brings new maps, a handful of new elements, and a challenging Art of War puzzle mode, Anomaly Korea is every bit as engaging as we expected.
-
Dec 22, 2012While the new boss is the same as the old boss with Anomaly Korea, that's not a bad thing, because this game still is boss.
-
Dec 21, 2012Big, brash, and beautiful, Anomaly Korea doesn't quite have the wow factor of its predecessor, but it's still well worth a download.
-
Jan 8, 2013Anomaly Korea is an awesome sequel to the first game of the series. Though it's not as innovative as Anomaly: Warzone Earth was, this new "tower offense" experience is really a blast.
-
Feb 10, 2013While it doesn't reinvent the wheel like its predecessor, Anomaly Korea is an almost wholly different strategic experience than anything else found on the App Store.
-
Jan 8, 2013Not much of a sequel but no matter how small the refinement this is still one of the best portable strategy games currently available.
-
Jan 2, 2013Anomaly Korea builds upon its predecessor. It isn't just more of the same, but don't come to Anomaly Korea expecting something entirely new. You can, however, expect a game equal in quality to the first release.
-
Dec 28, 2012The gameplay is the thing here though, and it remains as addictive as before. Feel free to bump this review score up another half-star if you've never experienced reverse tower defense done right, and prepare to spend some of your free time fending off our would-be robot overlords even if you have.
-
Dec 22, 2012Anomaly Warzone Earth was a brilliant miniaturization of an already incredible title, and while the 'sequel' is no less polished, it's more interested in the status quo than pushing boundaries.
-
Dec 20, 2012Smashing alien towers is an explosive spectacle impossible not to enjoy, triumphing against stacked odds thanks to your own personal tactical creativity is a pleasure, and the terrible story is easy to skip past.
