    Angry Birds and Angry Birds Space may be great on their own, but combine the two and you get Angry Birds Star Wars, a great tie-in that learns from the mistakes of the past to make something wonderful.

    I figured that it would pretty much be a version of Angry Birds Space with some Star Wars graphical flourishes tossed in to make the game a 'Star Wars game'. After spending time with Angry Birds Star Wars, though, I'm happy to say that there's a lot more to the game than that.

    This mix'n'match of brands is by far the best adaptation of Angry Birds. It combines all the best sides of the game series and throws in a really nice set of characters. The force is strong in this one. [Dec 2012]

    I've played through all of the Angry Birds games, and had the most fun with this Star Wars-themed version. And that's not just because it's Star Wars. This game shows Rovio is at the top of its game, using a beloved license to deliver the series' most creative levels to date.

    Rovio has managed to create another compelling Angry Birds game, and I have to say it is the best one yet. Given the amount of nostalgia, and hours of gameplay it provides it is a must for any iOS gamer.

What I really like about this iteration is that it's clearly had a lot of spit and polish added, there's clearly a lot of love here for both Angry Birds and Star Wars ... so long as Rovio don't go too far with this and start making Indiana Jones, Batman etc etc, I think this was a great move.… Expand

    This was one of the best Angry Birds games ever to hit the app store bar none! Cool character designs, fun levels and quite addictive... bravo, Rovio!
