  1. A fairly decent "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater" clone, putting a different face on a familiar game.
  2. 65
At almost no point does anything feel remotely "extreme" about the game, and it feels like everything has been watered down to accrue that "E" rating.
  3. 51
For the most part, the control handles well, and some of the level design is fairly decent, but the goals aren't unique or challenging enough to really bring any excitement into the game.
  4. Nintendo Power
    60
Carves a niche in a crowded genre. [Dec 2002, p.220]
  5. Compared to the father of this genre, Whirl Tour can (and most likely will) turn into a session of tedium and bore.
  6. Play Magazine
    60
With a total of seven playable characters, ten scooters and eight levels, there's enough shredding for the long haul. [Nov 2002, p.92]
