AceGamezA marvellous title that'll have the kids enthralled from start to finish. It's loaded down with quality and a brain-stretching depth that most games in the genre fail to manage.
-
The underpinning gameplay is decent but the game uses the license to really spruce things up. Creating the many items and Gizmos in the game is quite fun, just like the rest of the game.
-
A neat gaming experience for young kids, who will enjoy the feeling of success, instead of the all-too-often sense of frustration as they attempt to play games that are too difficult.
-
The platforming can be fun and the rocket ship missions in between are even better. However, considering the extraordinarily short length and simple gameplay, this can only be recommended to a handful of people.
-
While lacking the kind of depth found in the typical platformer, Attack of the Twonkies manages to dish out mild amusement through a nifty invention system.
-
While Twonkies may be simple and easily figured out it is still offers a decent amount of fun to gamers.
-
Nintendo PowerA nonintuitive interface combined with difficult-to-decipher puzzles will frustrate everyone but boy geniuses. [Dec 2004, p.144]
