Jan 25, 2016If you love annoying dialogue, hours of not knowing what you're doing with your life, and endless repetitive levels that are not challenging/exciting, this is quite possibly the game for you.

Feb 27, 2016This game had its great moments... the storyline seems like that it could be a movie.... the gameplay is a bit weird... (Platform adventure + Flying + Racing = Weird gameplay)... especially for a SpongeBob game. Though this game is successful, I feel like this is the weirdest SpongeBob game I've ever experienced.

Jul 3, 2016This game's controls are good the graphics are not to bad. The story is like Sleepy Time so it's not to bad either. Gameplay is great and has great variety. I don't really recommend it but it's a good game to play.

Sep 16, 2017A very weird game but it's very good. There is so much variety and charm in Creature from the Krusty Krab it stands out like no other. But this game is very underrated but does very well. Get this user score higher!

Aug 2, 2021Fun levels and nice art direction. I like being able to play as a giant Plankton one minute and then as Spongebob in the stomach of a bull worm.

AceGamezBad writing, average graphics, poor sound and gameplay with seemingly no direction and little resemblance to the Bikini Bottom world combine to bog down a really good storyline concept and what could have been a good platform adventure game, but instead feels like sections of platform adventure jumbled with poor flying and racing.

Nintendo PowerAll told, Creature from the Krusty Krab is the most ambitious and most successful SpongeBob game to date. [Dec. 2006, p.112]

As it stands, SpongeBob SquarePants: Creature from the Krusty Krab won't hold the attention of older games for very long. Younger gamers will probably be entertained by the loopy level designs and crazy objectives.
