  1. Only stifled by its lack of variety, Rayman Arena features well-designed and engaging gameplay.
  2. Game Informer

A decent addition to the series. [Nov 2002, p.133]
  3. I don’t particularly understand the reasoning behind selling this as a standalone game.
  4. 70
If you like character-based races, you will like this game. [July 2002, p.80]
  5. Nintendo Power

It's a downsized version of the Rayman experience transformed into a multiplayer party game. [Sept 2002, p.165]
  6. Doesn't really do anything to differentiate itself from these older foot-racing games and doesn't bring anything new to the table.
  7. 60
The multiplayer modes are adequate, though fairly superficial. Even kids will have problems making it through the single-player element simply to unlock characters and skins.
  8. Exactly half of this game (The fighting half) is just worthless, and while the other half (The racing half) is fantastic, there isn’t enough of it to warrant a purchase.
  9. 47
The execution is half-hearted and not remotely rewarding.
  10. Anybody who has experience with platform games will beat Rayman: Arena like a redheaded stepchild. So, it can be inferred that the game is probably not meant for experienced platformers.

Este juego fue uno de los que ha marcado mi infancia además de que ha envejecido bien con los tiempos y se disfruta como antaño

The racing can be fun and the arena battles, while not the best can also have some enjoyment. Decent game to play with friends. Full Review »
