    A very average car combat game - with amazing cel-shaded graphics. Too bad the incredible visuals can't help the shoddy gameplay.

    A good 4 player game. Not a racing game really, just a smash/kill em up. If you have 4 friends and can find it in the discount bin, check it out.

    Once you snag a power-up and begin pummelling the competition, you'll be hooked. The multiplayer mode is where Cel Damage really shines.
