AustinR.Jul 3, 2005It was ok...sometimes confusing other times not.....more monsters is what it needs....and more of a challanege to beat and kill bosses....i give it a 7 out of 10.

SethH.Oct 27, 2002It's in the likes of devil may cry, blood omen2, primal, those games are truly voilent and gory, but that's the way to keep games cool, exciting and rocking!!!! metal rocks in gore games!!!

D.C.Apr 3, 2003Awesome! Ups: Wicked gory, great enemies (especially the Daemites, creepy!), fun B-movie plot, killing Nazis, wristblades Downs: More monsters would have been nice, and smarter A.I. "Guilty Pleasure" is all I can think of to describe this game. The graphics suit the mood, and it has a style reminiscent of 50's B-movies and EC Comics. The best vampire game ever made.

May 17, 2013BloodRayne is a pretty decent game with the graphics, controls and there are a variety of guns that can be used in the game. My only complain about BloodRayne is that it starts off slow.

Packs an amazing amount of depth, challenge and excitement.

Don't confuse it for a 3D adventure. So long as gamers go in knowing that -- expecting fights and gore versus puzzle solving and a deep, engaging quest of some sort -- they should come away happy in spite of its quick play through and lack of originality.

Even though the game is set in the 1930s, BloodRayne looks more like a young high school goth-boy's fantasy woman, with a very trendy hair cut and a mix of leather and Victoria's Secret undergarments.
