Feb 14, 2017Dieses Spiel ist der Ursprung der Tales Reihe und trotz des Alters ein durchaus spaßiges Spiel. Grundsätzlich findet man hier alles was Tales noch immer ausmacht.
- Ein Echtzeitkampfsystem (wenn auch in 2D)
- Artes (einige findet man sogar noch in heutigen Ablegern wieder)
- Skits (wenn auch recht statisch)
- Charaktere mit Profil
Alles in allem ein wirklich gut gealteter Klassiker! -

......May 13, 2007Okay, first of all, ToP is a GREAT game. It's a challenge and fun for RPG gamers. The storyline's good too, so nobody can insult that!

StooAug 18, 2007Even after playing Tales of Symphonia first, I found that this game more than stood up. Enjoyable for almost every one of the 50-odd hours it took me to finish it properly.

Mar 19, 2017If you like JRPG do not hesitate to play this great experience.
As it is widely accepted that this game is quite similar with Chrono Trigger. However, whenever I play this game I feel different experience.
And there is certain difference from CT which is monster spawn. As far as I remember there is no spawn in CT. -

AceGamezIt provides an experience that is simultaneously old school and fresh feeling, making it an easy recommendation for fans of the genre.

Tales of Phantasia is a solid RPG. It doesn't have the story chops of the last classic to hit GBA - Final Fantasy IV did a much better job of making its cast and its quest worth caring about.

This is a game that makes our GBA a Super Nintendo: and one with a decent d-pad, battery life and scratch-free screen that doesn't need us to fiddle with firmware and dally with grey-hued legality to enjoy.
