    A great example of how to translate an existing property into a videogame, as it incorporates the elements and characters of the show in such a way that you don't necessarily have to be familiar with the cartoon to appreciate the wacky production design or gentle humor.

    This game is awesome! I love how they put in all of spongebobs different laughs! i-e-e-i-e-e-i-e-e-i-e-e-i.

    This game is awesome. I am a HUGE fan of SpongeBob and am glad the game doesn't leave out any important parts or characters from the show.

    A game from my childhood. Back in the day, Spongebob was my childhood and I had a blast with this game. Playing it again, I can see itsA game from my childhood. Playing it again, I can see its faults: its controls aren't the best, back-tracking can be a bit tedious, and the game overall is rather short. But this game has a great amount of charm, especially in its presentation. The music is compressed, but catchy and memorable. I was actually surprised at this game's visuals: there's nice detail and great animations, some of which are almost like 3-D. It generally isn't remembered very much now, but I still rather enjoy this game simply for the nostalgia it brings me back to. And it's fun too: using bubbles for platforming is actually quite satisfying. Ah, that stupid yellow concoction of idiocy...good times.… Expand
