It doesnt take long to work out that theyve basically reduced an intelligent thriller into a brainless beat-em-up. Be warned!
-
The game does have some pretty detailed 2D graphics and nice sound, but the frustrating combat system and repetitive action make the overall presentation of the game lackluster.
-
On the GBA, Minority Report: Everybody Runs has poor implementation of control as well as sluggish animation that hurt an otherwise great design idea.
-
Nintendo PowerOverall control is intuitive, but target selection is awkward. [Feb 2003, p.158]
-
Pocket GamesComes nowhere close to using the GBA's potential. Run far, far away. [Summer 2003, p.45]
-
While it's nice to have civilians mixed in with enemies, and there should be a penalty for shooting them accidentally, the price in this game is rather steep: you lose a life.
-
Minority Report just isn't fun to play, and all because of a horrible targeting system.
