-
The gameplay is inviting, the characters are charming, and the challenge level is just right, while the inclusion of a strong female character directs the game toward all age and gender groups.
-
It offers breadth, scope, and a quality graphical presentation and level design. The game offers plenty of challenges, tempting the more avid gamer into raising their ratings even after completing the fields to fulfill their quests.
-
It admittedly feels a bit unbalanced in a handful of places, but overall it's a well laid-out package.
-
Unfortunately for its publishers, there are a few great platform games out for the GBA. "Castlevania: Circle of the Moon," "Rayman Advance," and "Klonoa: Empire of Dreams" are superior games that offer a more complete package.
-
Whatever the reasons, Lady Sia is able to remain enjoyable for at least half the time it takes to complete its quest, which is more than can be said of the majority of the new titles out this winter.
-
It certainly is not going to revolutionize the way we play platforming games, but it is definitely an enjoyable, great looking title that is worth checking out.
-
Electronic Gaming MonthlyThe gameplay feels very unfinished. [Oct 2001, p.158]
