  1. It's not a long game and the mutliplayer aspects won't elongate your enjoyment of the title by any stretch. At the end of the day it's just more Spider-Man and maybe that's enough for you.
  2. A fantastic representation of the comic book. The story is compelling, if short, and the gameplay is fun for the most part.
  3. It’s a huge improvement over its DS predecessor, treating gamers to a new and darker storyline. Not only does it have the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man doing what he does best, but it also lets you step into the claws of one of the hero’s most amazing and deadly enemies.

The cell shaded look is effective, and all the environments feel vibrant.

A noble experiment that fails to achieve its full potential. [Dec 2005, p.121]
  6. A solid game that gets bogged down far too often to be considered great.

The stylus use otherwise seems like a bit of an afterthought (oh, let's throw in a quick stylus stroke here!) Difficult boss battles make the relatively short storyline still take some time.
