ShaunaG.Jan 1, 2006it is a good game i mean it is way better on the nintendo DS beacause you could play on it where when ever you want ! There should be more games that are only for game cube, xbox, ps2..... that should have the same game on the nintendo DS!

JamesC.Aug 10, 2006This game (although I did not complete it all the way through) is very fun and addictive, the missions although a bit odd make you feel happy and accomplished upon finishing them despite replacing the basic needs (hunger, bladder etc.) with a sanity bar? It is quite a good adaption of the sims 2 for a handheld console that you can't seem to put down.

ClaireD.Apr 30, 2006Disappointing game. It's just way too short - you're finished before you know it. A few of the locations in the game are hardly used and could have been made more interesting. Nothing happens in City Hall aside from asking to build rooms or going to the toilet. More fun features could have been added all over the place.

AhmedG.Jun 18, 2006The game is completely rubbish it is VERY hard to control and why do you want to watch people walk around reading newspapers.

Jun 14, 2015Why can't we have a console version of the computer Sims? The computer Sims are always superior. You can do whatever you want on the computer version and good around. These console games make you do missions and it's weird and it's totally everything but a Sims game. Doesn't even deserve the title.

Apr 12, 2015Uma jogabilidade mediana e um gráfico bacana para essa época, só o fato de ser para DS já é um ponto positivo, pois antigamente só tinha jogos para PC, e hoje em dia existe jogos para praticamente todas as plataformas.

Jan 5, 2019I hate this game. The Sims should have no set story, yet in this game, you get stranded in a town that gets invaded by aliens and you will either, die from thirst trying to get water from a nearby oasis, or die because an alien touched you.

It's a little clumsy in control in some places (the Alien Invasion and Ratticator missions are particularly cumbersome), but the interface works well in others, and even with the departure from some more traditional Sims elements, the game still feels a part of the same world.
-
A pretty compelling game on the Nintendo DS. It is structured enough to give you some purpose in what you’re doing but contains enough of the more open-endedness of the other modes to keep things interesting.
-
There are still the variables in the game, like how you choose to interact with other people, but the game is fairly limited.
