Dec 27, 2010Sonic Colors is an enjoyable game until that first gameover screen pops up. You get to go ludicrously fast until you realize that having fun is incompatible with the game's difficulty , mostly boosted by the never-ending memorization and cheap death scenarios. Ugh.

May 21, 2015Absolutely atrocious. This does not deserve the same title as it's amazing console variant. But of course, we'll have a bunch of reviewers who will love this **** because
a) it's 2D, because no matter of quality, 3D Sonic is bad
b) it;s so dumb and simplistic so those won't have to waste countless hours trying how to figure out how to jump correctly. -

Oct 6, 2017So people say this is better than the Wii game. False! This game is definitely worse! Its got bad graphics and worse levels as well it has harder bosses and the levels and shorter and dumber! Okay I'm done with that rant let me talk about this game. This game is a pretty decent entry on the DS, but the levels don't work well and the controls aren't tight at all. This game did not need to exist.

Feb 2, 2011If you have enjoyed previous Sonic games but were hesitant to pick this one up because of the most recent Sonic outings, worry no more. Sonic Colors is worth the price of admission.

Jan 17, 2011Sonic Colors for DS enjoy as the Wii's version. Inheriting many of the mechanical from Sonic Rush and enriched it with the super powers received by the Wisps, this chapter respects the tradition and updates it painlessly.

Jan 10, 2011It's true that Sonic Colors is an imperfect game, plagued by dull boss battles and uneven difficulty, but it's still an enjoyable DS title with enough similarities to 16-bit Sonic games to keep both old and new fans of the franchise entertained.
