    The rules may be simple, but finding success? Not so much. Your mission: navigate a cadre of codependent robots through an evil computer labyrinth brimming with deadly traps. Additionally, at certain points youll need to repaint your robots by stepping on a special tile in order to change their color. Only then will they be able to access the right exit or passage. Oh, and did we mention that the robots share linked controls? Moving one moves them all! Bust out your best thinking cap: itll take patience, planning and nerves of titanium to see your robots safely home!

    The game is played with the DS held like a book, with the D-pad used to move the robots around. Both screens display their half of the gameplay field, so mind the gap in the middle. It's a minor annoyance, along with the typos the tutorial is riddled with. Overall, Robot Rescue 2 offers great value in a consistent package.

    The coordinated movement mechanic makes for a unique experience, and while the erratic difficulty can frustrate, puzzle fans after a challenge will likely have fun bailing out these bots.
