PMBMay 7, 2007Great for multiplayer puzzle mayhem. If you're looking for puzzle fights, Puyo Puyo is the best thing there is. If you're looking for a single-player puzzle, get something else.

AlbertK.Jun 22, 2005A solid tetris/puzzle-fighter type game. Similar gameplay mechanics... the fever mode adds a nice twist. Controls are easy and intuitive... the sounds, some of the most annoying ever. It's a pretty fun game in itself, but, unless you know someone else with a DS, don't expect to play this one past a week.

TwotokeM.May 8, 2005Really fun puzzler once you get the dynamics but boy does everyone in it have to be so obnoxiously loud and weird? I like manga style, too, but these developers need to smoke less angel dust. graphics are well done, although 3d would have been nice, at least they r a step up from GBA. Multiplayer kicks ass and gives it another point. id still really give it 7.5 but whatcha gon do?

Aug 15, 2022Jeu incroyable qui a bercé mon enfance, l'ambiance est incroyable et les voice lines des héros également, assez dur contrairement à certains nouveaux jeux

Its simple controls and manic gameplay make the game stand out in a genre already filled with mediocrity. If you can get past the irritating voiceovers, you'll find an entertaining experience you can't wait to share with your friends.

The gameplay is what makes Puyo Pop Fever a brilliant design. It's a timeless design that works well in a handheld environment, and it's immensely addictive when you discover the mechanics that can wipe out a chunk of the filled bin in a single shot.

All of this wonderful single player and multiplayer comes polished in an aforementioned pastel graphical environment at which you can't help but smile.
