    Paint by DS is absolutely accessible regardless of age or gender and comes highly recommended - if it doesn't blow the casual gaming market open even further then I'll eat my French beret!

    Even the best endeavour seems futile in the face of a clunky control system and a lack of strong visual feedback. To call it a relaxing piece of leisure software doesn't excuse it, either.

    Pint-sized Picassos may be enticed by Paint by DS but it would be a crying shame if they were to neglect real-world artistic endeavours in favour of this limp product.

    While it presents a few neat ideas, Paint By DS is disappointing on nearly every level. It's dull, boring, and what's more, absolutely heartless.
