    The game's entirely stylus controlled, which generally works well, but it can descend into incoherent screen-swiping during combat. [Aug 2009, p.77]

    Overlord Minions could have ended up a relatively high-scoring Nintendo DS game, but the sloppy touch screen controls definitely knock it down. It's far more frustrating than it should be, and that's a shame because there's a lot of clever elements in this action puzzler, and it looks and sounds like a quality DS title.

    The game's main hook is that it's entirely played with the stylus. If only said stylus mechanic was actually responsive.
