boyracerJun 24, 2008What you have here is pretty much the same as Mario & Sonic at the Olympic games, although there are 24 mini games in this case. Controls are a breeze to learn, graphics are pretty nice, and the online multiplayer is the thing that makes the game. Good for short bursts of online gaming fun.

Jul 26, 2013Kinda fun game, simply u use your stylus to run and perform jumps/throws etc, events can be kinda similar though so kinda repeating. Anyway it's nothing super special and surely all won't like it but if you like athletics and Olympic sports chances are better I guess.

Nintendo GamerBasic, shallow and sickeningly cute, New Inernational Track & Field is fine fo a five-minute blast. Just don't expect to stay entertained for long. [July 2008, p.71]

Edge MagazineThere may not be much to the game, but Sumo has done an astounding job of bolstering it with online facilities that are entirely uncommon on the platform. For what it is, it's as worthy a remake as you could possibly want. [July 2008, p.98]

games(TM)It is possible to learn the delicate demands of each event of course, but that can often take close to an hour of practice for each one – hardly the mark of a casual-interest game. [July 2008, p.125]
