This game is awful, but addicting at the same time! I am 18 years old and I borrowed this from my 10 year old cousin, because I love horses but can't have one of my own. Anyway... The little 'trade sequence' for the stationary seems like it was added as an after thought... It was like the makers said "how can we make it take even longer to get the stationary than it does now?" (Ginger walks EXTREMELY slowly) I hate it that the only way you can costomize Ginger is to change the color of her hair and the colors of her clothing, the style of clothing doesn't change. I also don't like that you can't choose your character's gender or name.... or even skin color... I AM a white female, but I would like to see a bit of customization. The computer characters are extremely flat personality wise... There is a boastful jerk who thinks he's a ladies man, there is a girl who has trouble with the horse work because she has so many Photo's to take for college, there is another girl who knows the same girl you do and there is a shy guy... That's IT... Those are the only one's you can talk to... And you can't even pick your own responses, you just have to watch the convo play out... I agree about the task master, even if you do the best you can, he still only says if was satisfactory.... The horse is easy to annoy/hurt and that takes away points.... he is especially easy to hurt when you are picking his hooves, even when you are doing what you are supposed to be doing, you still hurt him... and you can't clean his head at all or it annoys him and takes away points. The Foal is immpossible to hoof train and the tire game would be impossible for anyone to do well unless they had the hand-eye coordination of a cat, because I still can't get it. I disagree about the planning, although I wish you could change it once the week is started... I like planning out what I want to do with the horse. There is one thing that I really hate though... Is when you are in a contest, the time limit is too short and you HAVE to gallop your horse to get TO the jumps because they are so far apart, but Galloping him makes him unhappy, which takes away "Horse Points" So you wither have to not gallop him and go over on time or Gallop him and make him mad at you.… Expand
