    As a child's game it does its job very well, but for anyone else it's a solid pass.

    Happy Birthday Mart was certainly intended to be an lite management design for young players, but I wouldn't recommend it even for them -- there are much better, more focused options to spend you DSi Points on.

    Happy Birthday Mart is not concerned with entertaining the player. On the surface, it looks like a potentially enjoyable children's game, but it will only frustrate kids with its slow pace and ambiguous structure.
