Jun 4, 2019I played the PS2 version from this, but couldn't find the PS2 version here. But it's a amazing and calming experience, but who connects pretty well with silver case, the previous game.

Nov 19, 2019Flower, Sun, and Rain is one of the most beautiful games I've played. Don't let the scores fool you, if you want a unique experience, it hardly gets any better than FSR. This game taught me that video games can be much more than what I thought. It's daring, full of heart and probably the best writing of Suda51. A worthwhile play.

Apr 9, 2022One of my favorite games of all time. The story is funny, a little bittersweet, and impactful. Explore a beautiful and relaxing island while Sumio Mondo tries to escape his past. You'll want to play Silver Case before hand and probably want a walkthrough to help with some of the puzzles.

An addition to the long line of adventure video games that will leave players feeling cold where gameplay is concerned. Suda 51 fans should play it for the story and the music, nothing more.

Edge MagazineAs a script, Flower, Sun And Rain is, for at least two thirds, hugely witty and effortlessly mad, eliciting enough regular laughs to cover for the game's otherwise painfully tedious forms of interaction. [JPN Import; Dec 2008, p.96]

In the end, the game's dated feel is a double-edged sword. It might be odd to feel nostalgic for a time that's less than a decade ago, but Flower, Sun and Rain will make you feel exactly that.
