    Another off-shoot from the Final Fantasy family tree, this is an attempt to blend RPG with platform style arcade adventure and it works pretty well. Yet another very nice looking game with side quests that play like mini-games that are more Crash Bandicoot than Zelda.     But it's the seamless transitioning of the single-player to the multiplayer (you can hop in and out from one to the other at any save point) that really seals the deal.

    It’s a tale of give and take. Echoes of Time is meant to be played with friends, and if you don’t, it can be incredibly frustrating.
