This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I haven't finished the game yet I'm writing this because I got to the bit in the game where the main character dose what can only be described as a dick move. So I'm already getting bored with the stupid random encounter mechanic when I get to that parlel version of Somnia and I have a crap load of gold from the random encounters so naturally I go to buy armour and weapons then when I walk up to that door guy and he starts calling me prince or something and I say no but I then realise I have to go back and PRETEND TO BE A FLAMIN PRINCE AND HAVE THE WHOLE FLAMIN CASTLE JUMPING FOR JOY AT MY RETURN AND ALSO GESS WHAT THE PRINCE HAS TOW SICK PARENTS IN SOME SORT OF COMA that has to be one of the biggest dick moves in dragon quest they could have just had guards walk up to you and drag you into the castle saying your the prince but no you have to lye to everyone and get there hopes up that the prince has returned you sir are a dick Expand

Realms of Revelation finishes the Zenithian trilogy nicely. While it is not as good as Sentinels of the Starry Skies or hand of the Heavenly Bride, it is a very entertaining and the dreamlike atmosphere captures the imagination. [June 2011]

As accessible as a Romanian arthouse film festival, but learn the lingo and find hours of fun. [Aug 2011, p.92]
