A funny experience, but the driving model is not so consistent and the look is quite creepy.

For those looking for a simple, arcade-inspired DS racer for on-the-go gaming Dirt 2 is a fine option. You’ve got some great licensed cars, a strong driving engine that has seen years or work, some decent visuals, crisp MP3 music tracks, and a pretty consistent framerate.

There is no individuality or unique feel to any of the supposedly varied tracks. The mission variety is a thinly veiled joke, and the graphics aren't enough to make you forget that you're not having any fun.

Dirt 2 is very easy to pick up and make progress in the career mode. However, in such a saturated genre, games need to do more to stand out and make more of an impression on gamers.
