Sounds like a good premise ~ buy or build?
Upgrade or sit and collect rent?
Focus on lower tier properties or build expensive?
    Long term or short term?
Hire more workers or make do with less?

None of that matters, because this game is waiting and clicking.
Strategy is nonexistent. A similar game where your skills are ACTUALLY tested, but not too hard.. not too fast, and not super complex.. would be Hell's Kitchen. Throw together that dish as best you can, while managing the dining room and ingredients and.. so on and so forth.

Barebones time management game where it is 80% waiting, 20% click maybe twice.
If you are a programmer, look at this game like a promising start to what could've been.
The supplies management is lacking, as is the employees, the blueprints, the waiting, the EVERYTHING.
There are better games floating around on the net like old/ancient flash games on NewGrounds... and they didnt get paid anything to make those works of love!

Try Hell's Kitchen or Diner Dash for a similiar, better experience. :)
