Step up to the podium and put your smarts on the line to see if you’re smarter than a 5th grader! Enjoy game show excitement—just like the show, from the classmates’ peer pressure, to Jeff Foxworthy’s wisecracks. Test your knowledge with 28 tough grade school subjects with over 3,000 challenging questions, which you can answer with help from your 5 classmates. Fast forward to the next round with the help from your classmate. Peek: You can see what your classmate wrote down as the answer, and choose whether to go along with it or not. If you choose to use this cheat, you must answer the question and may not drop out. Copy: You are locked into whatever answer your classmate wrote down, without being able to see it first. Save: If you get an answer incorrect but your classmate does not, you are credited with a correct answer. The pressure is rising! Reach the Million Dollar Question and realize that you are on your own. See only the subject of the question before deciding to proceed or drop out of school. Drop out of the game and admit defeat by saying: "I am NOT smarter than a 5th grader." This is the only time when dropping out of school is cool! [THQ] Expand

The questions are challenging in their own way, but 3000 of them can only take you so far.
  2. After about an hour—if that long—the game will have given most players all it’s got.
  3. I imagine this is how an English teacher feels when he or she gets a paper that consists of one well-written sentence and nothing else. In conclusion, just watch the TV show.

I feel there is a much better difficulty curve with the questions provided in AYS, but due to a limited question roster, you will come across duplicates.

Furthermore, there is only 1 game mode, and that's the game itself, no multiplayer included, and no other game modes. Just start a game and try to get a high score. If you get the $1 million. That's it you beat the game. Nothing more to achieve.

Outside of the intro, there isn't much in the way of music. The sound effects are serviceable, they aren't noticeable enough to be annoying.

The voice acting is generic and I feel falls a bit short. With such a limited question roster, it would have been nice if they at least voice acted the question.

Overall, it just feels like a game quickly pumped out for an easy cash grab. I enjoyed it more than 1 vs 100, but I look forward to see how it's improved in later entries
