    this is the best fighting game on the system a huge cast of 56 characters with lots of unlockables like new characters stages costumes a lot of replay value and hours of fun alternate choices are xmen vs street fighter on saturn or marvel vs street fighter but those are both imports

    An oustanding pinnacle for all 2d fighters and a flat-out great game...even if it is one of the last great ones of a fallen dynasty that is 2D fighting.

    This game a pointless, stupid button-masher. It is too frantic to be any fun. The music just doesn't suit a fighting game, and the stages look bland. You should try "FATAL FURY - MARK OF THE WOLVES" instead --- now that one is, no doubt, the best 2D fighting game for the Dreamcast!

    56 characters, 3 on 3 title matches,3D stages, and great music this is brbobaly the last but best 2D fighter ever this game will not soon be forgotten.

    The best 2D fighting game ever made. But sadly I think this is the end of the versus series. So much was put into this game I belive it has reached the end of its road.

    You can do a 100 hit combo attack, 56 fighters, freestyle fighting system, great game.

    This is easily the best version out of the, seemingly, hundreds of versions that this game has now. The reason why it is the best version is that this was released back in a day when single-player actually meant something to a fighting game. The dozens of characters you had to unlock had me glued to this game for days on end.     It's rather games like these you'll get on the Dreamcast or at least get something better. As a matter of fact, take that exact review and call it on every best Dreamcast game during its lifespan. The Dreamcast had a short lifespan. I know that for sure.

    El mas completo, el mas divertido, el que mayor posibilidad te da. el mas largo. el mejor. esta edición mejora todo lo que el primer Marvel vs Capcom hizo. combos eternos y ataques de energía que llenan toda la pantalla, frenético, rápido, brutal. un juegazo que aun se sigue viendo en los salones arcade. excelente.

    Marvel vs.Capcom 2 is honestly one of the greatest fighting games out there and for its time it was legendary to play, on top of that it definitely deserves to come back on a newer console because it’s legacy will never be forgotten and everyone deserves a glorious taste of this amazing game.

    MVC2 is easily one of the best fighting games of all time. Its a lot fun to play and watch and the game has a lot depth. The roster has some awesome Characters like Cabal Sentinel, Ruby Heart Amingo and many more. The music as well is amazing but the stages do feel out of place for a MVC game. While the game is very broken, its still an ton of fun to play. My only gripes with this game isMVC2 is easily one of the best fighting games of all time. Its a lot fun to play and watch and the game has a lot depth. The roster has some awesome Characters like Cabal Sentinel, Ruby Heart Amingo and many more. The music as well is amazing but the stages do feel out of place for a MVC game. While the game is very broken, its still an ton of fun to play. My only gripes with this game is that the Training mode for this port of the game is very bare bones and while this is a very small criticism, most of the characters sprites are just ripped from previous games, I personally don't really care. I would also highly recommend playing this version of the game because its the most accurate to the arcade version. If you want to get into playing fighting games then this is a MUST play.     One of the greatest fighters, and one of the greatest Dreamcast games. With a large roster, interesting mechanics, decent variety in modes, and one of the most memorable OSTs in FG history, you know you're in for a ride with it. This game has aged like a very fine wine, still being gorgeous to this day, due to featuring great spritework and keeping the 3D to the background, the soundtrackOne of the greatest fighters, and one of the greatest Dreamcast games. With a large roster, interesting mechanics, decent variety in modes, and one of the most memorable OSTs in FG history, you know you're in for a ride with it. This game has aged like a very fine wine, still being gorgeous to this day, due to featuring great spritework and keeping the 3D to the background, the soundtrack only getting more appreciation, the game still consistently being played at a high level to this day, etc.

    Absolutely a must play for any fighting game aficionado or Dreamcast owner. An blast to play either messing around casually, or competitively, I can't imagine giving it any score aside from a 10/10.    … Expand
