Massages the retinas quite well, but the cheap AI and random power-ups place an unwanted emphasis on luck instead of skill.
-
Unfortunately, the solid graphics, intricate track construction, and fairly tight controls fail to overcome cheap AI and a poorly balanced weapons system, relegating LTSR to the rental bin for all but the most devoted 'toon fans.
-
Comes out just slightly better than your average ho-hum kart racer. It's got sweet graphics and the Looney Tunes, but not a much beyond that.

Jul 22, 2016PS2 one is okay but the dreamcast one is an amazing racer which is maybe my favorite racer on the dreamcast but I said maybe so it doesn't mean it is.
