The problem is though that once you start getting into it, the game is over. A typical gamer would probably have this licked within 2hrs, and unless you’re a huge virtual pet fan there’s not a lot to go back and see.

Sets a standard for AI programming, and it's a good game... if you like raising and training virual pets... Don't be surprised if you complete the game in one sitting.

There are hints of inspiration throughout, with the game sporting some good-looking visuals, a catchy soundtrack, and a distinct sense of style. But the game's length, uneven gameplay, and atrocious camera negate these virtues.

The game's quite short, its technical flaws leave a lot to be desired and although funny with some great puzzles, it just isn't enough to keep the game standing upright against this winter's batch of great releases.
