It's a well done arcade shooter and the perfect game to toss in when you have some time to kill.

While this makes Charge'N Blast an excellent rental for a night or two, the lack of gameplay longevity makes Charge'N Blast go out with a "dud" rather than a bang.

Spastic action, beautiful graphics and robotic sound effects do not a classic make.
