    Don´t think "Tetris" could be boring? Well, just play "Tetris Ultimate" because they ultimatly sucked out all the visual and musical fun out, compared to the "Tetris DS" Version (which was awesome...Nintendo Characters, Backgrounds, Music etc.). It is dull, uninspired, new modes aren´t fun...It feels like a Cashgrab, not like a carefully crafted game...so stay away...feels more likeDon´t think "Tetris" could be boring?     Remember how in the original Tetris you could pick which music track the game was going to play? Remember how in Super Tetris 3 there were a few unique game types such as Magicallis and Bombliss? Both of those modes were interesting takes on a Gameboy classic. Remember how Super Tetris 3 had it's own sound test mode where you could listen to dozens of unique catchy songs? Remember howRemember how in the original Tetris you could pick which music track the game was going to play? Remember how Super Tetris 3 had it's own sound test mode where you could listen to dozens of unique catchy songs? Remember how Tetrisphere had a 3d new twist on an old classic? Remember how Tetris DS had tons of Nintendo flavoring ala music and backgrounds? Tetris Ultimate has none of that. And it's visuals and sound are lifeless. I don't know you can screw up Tetris, but Ubisoft somehow managed to find a way.… Expand

    On my opinion this is the worst 3ds tetris... really bad graphics, not lodable audio... and bad modes... i have buyed it but but it's the last tetris for me from Ubisoft... Nintendo have removed from the e-shop the old tetris games before the release of this bad game but i have buyed the better Axis from a local store... Really better...

    Just bare bones Tetris with no extra modes. Also they somehow f**ked up the normal Tetris gameplay. Input lag, bad graphics, ...
    Just buy Tetris Axis

    For the 30th anniversary of the historical puzzle game, Ubisoft has chosen to produce a "hardcore" version of Tetris: at its core it is always the same, fantastic game, but some of the new modes and the highly competitive online play make for a version which is dedicated the most hardcore fans and "professional" players.

    It's very hard to recommend Tetris Ultimate when you can find better solutions on the eShop for a fraction of the price asked by Ubisoft last work. It's not a particularly brilliant rehash, either.
