    An incredibly nostalgic title for myself, Mario & Luigi: Dream Team never fails to be a fun and charming RPG with engaging mechanics and surprising depth. The creativity applied to platforming sections, enemy design, and gameplay features outside of combat is amazing and keeps the story interesting, even when it begins to drag on. Combat is simple yet often punishing until attacks are understood, for better or worse in several boss encounters. The world is wonderfully designed with colorful visuals, fun puzzles, satisfying exploration, and a great soundtrack throughout. There is also some genuinely hilarious humor and self-aware writing. As with any RPG, there are slow moments and huge cinematic events, maintaining a solid balance, despite a frustrating amount of tutorials and hand-holding at times. Regardless, this is a fun and engaging title that both RPG and platforming fans would enjoy.… Expand

    Dream team is an odd game in the series. It feels like they saw the success of bowser’s inside story and tried it again. While it isn’t as crazy as that game it itself is still enjoyable. I love the new island we get to explore and I love this art style. I feel the giant battles are more grand than it’s predecessor though they are still pretty gimmicky. The game does have problems like mandatory motion controls for the bros. attacks as well as having a lot of long tutorials you can’t skip. That problem is highlighted as this is the only game in the series to have a hard mode after finishing it. Overall though I can look past it all as it was the first game in the series I played and still love it. 7/10… Expand

    The tutorials are tedious yes but this is really the only downside of the game. This game is a diamond. It's something that everyone needs to be buried with. The environment, the music, I mean it's all incredibly stunning! Even during the later part of the game, you're still jamming! Just calmly.     That was the first ever 3DS title that I bought. The story is great, the music is on another level and the gameplay itself is very fun and intuitive.
    The game uses the 3DS's features incredibly. It has a "hard mode" and a lot of collectibles so the replay value is very high.

    - de tutorial is te lang en focust op dingen die niet relevant zijn

    + de game heeft 2D stages met platforming en puzzels*

    + de game focust niet te veel op de minigames maar de geen die er wel zijn zijn tof

    + de giant boss fights zijn een highlight voor mij

    + de muziek is een banger

    + de Luigillusies varieren de game goed

    +/- de new game+ vehoogt de schade die vijanden aanbrengen en de giant fights worden aangepast maar je hebt een limiet van 10 items en dat breekt de fun een beetje

    ik zou Paper Jam toffer moeten vinden maar ik kan het niet laten om dit mijn favorieten (M&L) game te noemen. deze game is een goeie eerste introductie voor de serie    … Expand

    Mario & Luigi: Dream Team is an absolute masterpiece of a game. The battle mechanics are fun and intuitive, but are simple. The characters are very interesting and entertaining. You will have a smile on your face the entire 38 hour runtime of the main story. The soundtrack is also amazing with catchy tunes like Never Let Up, Victory in the Dream World, The Final Antasma Battle, andMario & Luigi: Dream Team is an absolute masterpiece of a game.     Great Music,Good bosses(except the zeekeper)I like the story and the Gameplay Is fun like every other game of the series and the later game Is Amazing.But the game as a not that Good start with long tutorials and thats all my criticism. A gem of the 3DS

    while it doesn't always reach the highs that superstar saga and bowser's inside story had, this is still quite a magical adventure filled with whimsey and wonder. no mario adventure is quite like it. I find myself coming back to this one more often than partners in time

There's no reason for this game to be over 40 hours whereas previous M&L titles barely reached the 25-hour mark. The game overstays its welcome by 10 hours at least, and the final dungeon is a complete drag, it literally took a quarter of the game for me.     Absolutely awesome, delivers at least 3-4 hours of Mario and Luigi fun, allowing you to interact between the 3D and Touch Screen at the same time. Beautiful graphics. A must own for Mario and Luigi fans.

    Overall, this is a pretty epic game, good fun throughout the game, even though its not that hard. Its definately underrated/ under discussed.

    Uno de mis juegos favoritos de la historia.
    Más de 50h de juego disponibles y ya ni te cuento para llegar al 100%...
    Me enxanta su música, personajes y sus caracteres, el desarrollo de la historia y jugabilidad.
    Me ha causado un especial cautivo que otros juegos a lo mejor no me sacarían.
    100% recomendable de pasar si tienes un 3DS

    SOFT LOCKED - game soft locked in Mount pajamaja. The massif bros triggered an older cutscene when I interacted with them, halting the progress and rendering the game unplayable. Neither do I have a old save to load. This is why they should allow the player to create multiple save slots to avoid game breaking glitches like these from ruining the    Game soft locked. Let's start with the single two cons, and that is the game has a bit of a slow progression rate, and there are a ton of puzzles that require backtracking. Let's get into the almost never ending upsides the game has to offer.
    The soundtrack is delish. It has epic, intense, and laid    Wow, what a game this is, and this is the 2nd best or maybe even the best Mario and Luigi game out there. Let's start with the single two cons, and that is the game has a bit of a slow progression rate, and there are a ton of puzzles that require backtracking. Let's get into the almost never ending upsides the game has to offer.
    The soundtrack is delish. It has epic, intense, and laid back themes that put me in ease.
    The bosses are quite unique, and I enjoyed beating them.
    The dream element was so weird, and unique, and there aren't any games like it.
    The main villain is not Bowser! It is Antasma, a funny and twisted character who partners with Bowser, making for some extra fun.
    The dream Luigi battles are fun and just the right amount of hard.
    LUIGI IS THE MAIN CHARACTER! WOO!
    The combat system is refreshing, with the new Luigi attacks.
    Overall, a very good game and right up there with Bowser's Inside Story, and is comparable to the God of all Mario games, TTYD. I wish I could do 8.5, but I guess I will stick with 8.    … Expand

    This is my favorite game of all time. It took what made Bowser's Inside Story a fantastic game, made the positives even stronger and removed the few negatives I had. I recommend this to any fan of RPGs, and any Mario fan (unless they don't like RPGs)

It can be a glorious contradiction at times; simple butIn the hands of Mario & Luigi enthusiasts and those up for an epic but light-hearted quest, this is an indispensable must-have for the 3DS. In a universe apart from any other series starring the famous brothers, this once again shows the merits of a studio investing itself whole-heartedly not just in one game, but a whole franchise. It can be a glorious contradiction at times; simple but complex, accessible but lengthy, varied but familiar. The enthusiasm and unrelenting creativity behind Dream Team means that it flirts with going too far, truly being an adventure for those willing to stick it out over the long haul, which perhaps dents its ability to appeal to all 3DS owners.

    This game is so bad that I created an account just to say how bad it is. Not only is it the worst mario rpg game, it's also one of the worst rpg games. It's basically the "super mario maker" of the series, not because you can create things, but because it's so bad it's what you'd expect out of a super mario maker user level. at no point in playing through the entire game was fun had.

    You have these attacks that go on for 4 hours, and after you play the entire sequence of dance dance revolution, you're rewarded by dealing the enemy almost double digit damage, but it's more like 6, but if you mess up the 4 hour sequence of dodging you take 99999999999999 damage. awful game, do not play even if you get it for free. even if you're paid to play it.    … Expand

    I loved this game so much. The music felt so atmospheric and was done really well. The tutorials were a bit stretched out, but I absolutely loved the game. This was my first M and L game because it came with my 3ds and I have beaten every other game since. I have replayed this game countless times and it never feels like a drag as replaying most games does. Excellent graphics, gameplay,I loved this game so much.     Mario and Luigi dream is a hilarious Mario RPG. This is the fourth installment in the Mario and Luigi RPG Franchise right after BIS. People bash this game because of the tutorials, when BIS has just as many tutorials has DT. Don’t listen to the People who say this game sucks since it doesn’t have fawful, it has Popple from superstar saga, so give this game a shot.

    A dreamy adventure in a dreamy world. Thankfully Mario's vacations always end in crisis, since they seem to make excellent games. Dream Team Bros is both funny and sympathetic at the same time. [Aug 2013]
