    Fans of the films will find plenty to love about the production, but thanks to bog-standard gameplay, this is definitely more of an experience than a game.

    Unfortunately, the entire experience is marred by poor controls and frustrating gameplay in general and pretty much spoils that to a large degree, dragging the game down and preventing it from fulfilling its potential. Definitely a missed opportunity.

    Same old song, that only real aficionados will want to sing again. A couple of smiles aren't worth 50 bucks.

    LEGO The Lord of the Rings on Nintendo 3DS is a low budget porting, lacking in content and flawed by a number of technical issues. It probably could have been much better than this, if not good as the home console counterpart.

    One of my favorite videogames of all time. I still play it on my old 3DS when i'm on a plane.

    8.0 - Really good game, did a good job on making funny scenes about the real scenes of the movie.
