Jun 13, 2016It doesn't do much to stand out in the 3DS' library of JRPGs — already flooded with some of the finest examples of the genre in recent history — but if you've played the best and are still left with the need to save the world in a turn-based fashion, this is a thoroughly decent choice.

May 14, 2016Justice Chronicles is a simple turn-based JRPG made in the style of its 16-bit era counterparts, no more no less. It's very competent at what it does and fans of the genre will find plenty of reasons to enjoy themselves around its world. The threshold should not be set too high, as it does not go beyond that. Its visual environment needs to be brought to our time and its plot can overextend itself too many times.

Apr 19, 2016A good recommendation when starting Justice Chronicles is keeping your expectations to a cautious high, at most.

Apr 26, 2016There's also something to be said about the presentation. Combat plays out through an appealing Dragon Quest-like perspective. Environments are simple, but interesting. The music is often quite enjoyable. Justice Chronicles isn't by any means a classic game, but by Kemco's workmanlike approach to the genre, it's one of the more playable ones.

May 11, 2016Justice Chronicles managed to impress me in some aspects and really let me down in others. In terms of a role playing game, I do feel a lot of features were missing and the overall quality of gameplay was lacking. I’m glad I had the opportunity to give this new comer a shot, but personally, it just didn’t satisfy.
