The game plays fine, and all the tracks and characters are super cute. It's got a diddy-kong racing esque thing going on where you race in karts, boats, and planes, which is pretty cool. But the game ultimately suffers from being too slow. what's a racing game if you can't go fast? Increasing the speed, adding proper drifting, and you've got something that's workable. There's very few tracks which is a shame since they're all cute. All of the sanrio cast is there and you'll likely be able to play as your favorite, though the differences are only cosmetic. There's a lot of asset reuse when in reality they should've just trimmed down the reuse and focused on polishing it up making it a replayable gem. Instead it's a bit of a slog to get through and the whole time you're just thinking "this could've been amazing". This game was ported to a few consoles, and the Wii U version (not this 3DS copy) appears to be the definitive version. The switch one appears to have graphical issues so perhaps avoid that one? All in all this is one of the better hello kitty games, but a fairly lackluster experience overall. Which is a shame, since we really do need more cute games.… Expand
