It's obvious that Frozen: Olaf's Quest is aimed towards younger gamers, and it's a decent level entry into the world of platformers. For some it might feel quite short and limited, but collecting each and every treasure will take some time, therefore extending gameplay.

In summation, Frozen: Olaf’s Quest is a boring atrocity of a game, and I can’t figure out for the life of me why it is currently selling better than many huge hits and excellent games of 2014, such as InFamous: Second Son and Child of Light.

The others aren't that good, and Prince Hans is a f*cking backstabber. Olaf has a positive attitude and character, which makes him THE ONLY Frozen Character that is good, and I actually enjoyed his "Summer" Song for some reason, it was okay. His "Snow during Summer" Cloud looks cool, I actually wish I had one because I do like snow. Expand

Even as little kids games go this is an incredibly mediocre adventure. The controls feel fine and the graphics are colorful enough, but almost every level in the game takes less than a minute to complete. Nothing will stop Olaf from collecting random objects for Anna, because nothing is putting any effort into stopping him.

Deadly wolves? Spikes? Don't sweat it, Olaf is immortal. He'll just lose a couple valuable after taking damage that can easily be reclaimed. But unlike Wario Land 2, who Olaf rips off along with New Super Mario Bros, the puzzles aren't interesting or challenging enough to feel satisfying with completion. The only things I found entertaining in this game include decapitating Olaf as a means to collect nearby items easier and the chase levels with Marshmallow that are paired with the laid back Sven chase music.

Funny thing is that this game released in America before the movie reached theaters, so its most likely no one bought this game if they wanted to avoid possible spoilers of the movie. This game only took me an hour to complete...and I was taking my time. The collectibles are just generic outfits that don't do anything to add to gameplay. It's not even enjoyable as a time waster. Give this game a skip.

The gameplay is shallow and generic, there is no challenge what-so-ever, and for christ sake, the cutscenes suck.

Now if you will excuse me, I will go paint a wall and watch it dry. Anything other than this.
