Season 1 Review:
The way Emma fondly mocked her brother promised that this will be the relationship of the series. It's also a relief that it is shot beautifully, in Calabria, Monterrey and New Orleans; places we won't be visiting for a while. The cast is terrific, with Adriano Chiaramida as an elderly don and Giuseppe De Domenico as his strutty grandson.

Season 1 Review:
I don't think ZeroZeroZero has the same emotional depth as Narcos, but from a visual standpoint, I'll give it the edge. As far as the performances go, DeHaan, Riseborough and Byrne are all solid, and though they're the only recognizable actors in the cast, that actually works in the show’s favor. .... If this show does prove to be a one-season wonder, its final minute is stunning.

Season 1 Review:
The show is primed for attentive viewing even more than binge-viewing, but you’ll want to follow its eight hour-long episodes to the end either way. I recommend doing so in doses, even though the show is held together by so many great twists that you might find yourself just watching one episode after the next.
