I was prepared to hate this, and expected another goofy comedy bio like Everyone Hates Chris. I was wrong, this show is both sweet and funny, and not being a fan of professional wrestling, having dismissed it out of hand all my life,I was prepared to hate this, and expected another goofy comedy bio like Everyone Hates Chris. I was wrong, this show is both sweet and funny, and not being a fan of professional wrestling, having dismissed it out of hand all my life, something moved inside me and I got just a little bit more understanding of the wresting ethos & ecosystem than I did before. I find this a funny show and honestly anything The Rock acts in is always very enjoyable. Though it doesnt contain many scenes with him per episode but its very refreshing to see a show with a different storyline to it.
