This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I grew up in the 1980s and Willow was definitely a favorite. I was excited for the series, until about halfway through episode 1. At first I thought we were gonna get a buddy adventure between the two female leads and I thought, "Wow, this could work: two female adventures going on a quest to save the world!" That excitement quickly dashed when I realized that this was going to be another rehashing of every woke person's wet dreams. Mad Martigans son a wuss, didn't see that coming. Why is everything that my generation loved and cherished being destroyed? I cant even watch the rest of the series now because i know where its going and dont care. Can we not have this wokeness in our faces at every turn. We get it. Plus, the director defending it as "organic " and "not intentional" is a load of BS.… Expand

Series has great potential and some characters are good. But it reeks like c list millennial actors horrible scriptwriting and dialogue. Like I'm watching a p*rn. Just bad from start to finish. So sad as I was looking forward to this. I’m all for the female led, LGBT focus. But the show is badly written and badly acted!

I'm 5 episodes in and I've changed my tune. This show is awful. The levity and high school drama they bring into every scene kills any character development they attempt.

I've watched every episode so far before writing a review, I really have tried to give it a fair shot, it stated with promise, but I can honestly say now this series has become pure undiluted woke trash.
