Wanda and Vision are two of the absolute most uninteresting avengers and to start the MCU's TV-era with their series was a brave decision, I have to admit. But it was surprisingly good! Moreover, there were some very brilliant episodes! (With another few bad ones, too..) The episodic structure was a great idea, with each episode featuring the style of a particular decade. Moreover, there were some very brilliant episodes! (With another few bad ones, too..) The episodic structure was a great idea, with each episode featuring the style of a particular decade. It had a good mystery and the big revelation was unexpected (not in the best way) but it made Wanda more of an anti-hero than an Avenger I should trust. The villain was totally cliché, by the way, and the finale was just nonsense. Period. WandaVision is a two-headed coin, and the difference between the two sides is way too big. Sad, because now, we only have a good WandaVision series, not an amazing one. Expand

Starts out strong but starts to fall apart once they reveal the mystery not even halfway through the show.

One of the two Marvel series that I was unable to follow on a weekly basis, automatically losing all the theories related to Mephisto and everything that could potentially have happened and not happened from the first episode until the end. With also the many hypotheses about who was the real villain of the show. Maybe that's why I didn't mind the ending. She definitely remains one of Marvel's best so far. Expand

Compared to the rest of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it is not only joyous, but delightfully experimental.

It’s compelling, gripping, fun and inventive television – and if nothing else, it’s worth sticking around to see what jaunty new theme tunes they can come up with every week.

This is a bizarre and audacious twist on these characters and a world away from the usual explosions and super-punching. Who knew that superhero sitcoms were the element the MCU was missing?
