    I'm 8 episodes into the 2nd series and can't believe how deep this show is. There's so much underlying. I was pleasantly surprised with the first season, but expected a let down with season two. not the case. I watched Voltron as a kid growing up and honestly, this is better than anything I could remember. A pleasure to watch what they have done with the franchise.

    This is better than the original in every way. Fantastic animation and effects but what makes it stand out from other similar themed series is a story which is told in a great way. It manages to be serious, but at the same time have enough comic relief moments not to be too heavy. It pays great homage to original but at the same time it doesn't use it's monotonous formula. While in the original you had a monster to be defeated in the last minutes with each episode having it's own standalone story here you have a story arc which spans through seasons and makes you craving for more. This is not to be missed by any fans of Voltron, Grandzort, Transformers, Robotek, etc.… Expand

    It’s a fantastic series that expertly combines action, comedy, and heart by introducing new takes on characters you actually give a damn about; the voice talent couldn’t have been more perfectly cast; and it’s beautifully animated, with special attention to the space battles which are absolutely breathtaking. You’ve never seen Voltron like this before.
