    First of all - why is this essentially missing from metacritic? It made it's American debut a couple weeks ago on PBS. I am so glad I tried it. Non-stop mystery action with lots of character development. And it stars the legendary Tom Courtenay as one of the suspects. I can not recommend this PBS Masterpiece show enough. Get right to your menu and find it On Demand.

    Being a huge fan of Masterpiece Mystery. I was disappointed in the first installment in the series. The two lead investigative detectives lack the charisma of others who have had these roles in previous series. Also, in the resolution of one of the characters, his (the politician) actions are contrary to his portrayal in the story and appear convenient rather than climactic.
