    'Underground' builds a very excellent rhythm to catapult its new season. Despite some flaws here and there - the contemporary music used really annoys me - the story continues to improve.

    SLAVERY IS WAR!! we go on a journey with the ancestors [PRISONERS OF WAR]that show us the way to RESISTANCE, we watch people we heard abt , and admired and are inspirational, now we go through the life of family that survive TRANSATLANTIC SLAVE TRADE=MAAFA/AFRICAN GENOCIDE..we watch the strategies that kept them alive and ensured our future and our lives.. Underground has blown up,SLAVERY IS WAR!! we go on a journey with the ancestors [PRISONERS OF WAR]that show us the way to RESISTANCE, we watch people we heard abt , and admired and are inspirational, now we go through the life of family that survive TRANSATLANTIC SLAVE TRADE=MAAFA/AFRICAN GENOCIDE..we watch the strategies that kept them alive and ensured our future and our lives..     The show is so thematically rich as an exploration of extreme steps women had to take to find power 50 years before they would receive the franchise, that I mostly didn't miss the male stars in their protracted absences.

    Season 2 gets off to a strong but intense start with its first three episodes. There are a number of surprises--and cliffhangers so jarring that fans might not want to wait a week to find out what happens.
