    Although the show has some built in scripting, like most other reality television, it is an amazing show that you can relate to and see the different aspects of a business. In season 9 episode 2 Don really connected with all of his employees. Seeing the way that this connection was made helps the viewers feel an emotional connection to the show. With this, the episode helps us have aAlthough the show has some built in scripting, like most other reality television, it is an amazing show that you can relate to and see the different aspects of a business. In season 9 episode 2 Don really connected with all of his employees. Seeing the way that this connection was made helps the viewers feel an emotional connection to the show. With this, the episode helps us have a personal connection when each person describes their lives. It never seems to be scripted as the people do not know they are being filmed. It does not seem to be scripted from Don's point of view either. The connection is a very valid point that is made in this episode and it is easily seen by the viewer. It helps the people watching see that the people they interact with everyday in these fast food industries are normal people just trying to get through the day just like us.… Expand
