    If you like people screaming all the time you might like this, but it truly annoys me. Chris Evans is a drawback in TGI Fridays show, and its even worse having him in Top Gear.

    The show is worth a 0, but I will give it one point for Matt Leblanc. He worked out much better than anticipated. I hope Chris Evans either shuts up, or leaves the show.

    Expect a show worse than Top Gear USA, honestly. It feels forced, fake, gives You headache whenever Chris shouts for no real reason. The star in rpc made me sick, it was so awful and awkward. It doesn't even compare to the old, pre-2002 Top Gear, or Fifth Gear, I'm so confused of how did they manage to screw the show this bad. Not even Top Gear India Special has disappointed me half asExpect a show worse than Top Gear USA, honestly. It feels forced, fake, gives You headache whenever Chris shouts for no real reason.     They have ruined Top Gear.'Matt LeBlanc is good but Chris Evans is terrible. He's trying too hard to be like Jeremy Clarkson. Please do not watch the new series and watch the older episodes

    Obviously, the departure of all three hosts signaled the alarm on one of the most beloved shows that had maintained a high level of entertainment and quality through 22 seasons. On season 23, there's a dramatic drop off in quality. Not on the production level or creative events/themes, but because LeBlanc and Evans offer little-to-no chemistry or charisma on screen. Narration, as well, isObviously, the departure of all three hosts signaled the alarm on one of the most beloved shows that had maintained a high level of entertainment and quality through 22 seasons. On season 23, there's a dramatic drop off in quality. Not on the production level or creative events/themes, but because LeBlanc and Evans offer little-to-no chemistry or charisma on screen. Narration, as well, is shoddy much of the time but LeBlanc actually has a decent voice for it (just needs better writing for the narrative portion). Otherwise there are some cool twists in the formula for season 23 and they could easily be missed because of the world's eclipsing love for Clarkson, Mammond and May. Season 23 is an unfortunate drop in quality but given that shakeups were already in process before this season concluded its airing there might be hope for one or two other quality hosts to come around and join LeBlanc to make the show have a little pop again. Just because it's not as good without Clark/Hammond/May doesn't mean this show can't be entertaining ever again. It all rests on the hosting crew and their efforts with everything they do.… Expand

    Everything feels extremely fake, scripted and desperate. The way the cutting and editing was done, you can tell they really had to work up the audience to get a reaction, it feels very forced.

    Chris Harris is awesome and will surely do well, and I will continue to be a huge fan of him, but personally that's not enough to forgive the rest of the show.

    Not the Top Gear we deserve. The only funny moment was the British man shouting 'How you doin'?' which is saying a lot. Chris Evans tries to imitate Jeremy Clarkson and tries to make the show his own but just like the studio audience, I was not amused.

    Overwhelmingly Crass, tasteless and the most boring thing ever produced by BBC. Its not funny at all. Infact even Queen Elizabeth can host the show better than these presenters. These guys are totally off the mark and without any sense of what hosting Top Gear means to the audience who have been religiously following the show since season 1.
    Bring some headache curing pills along with you    Overwhelmingly Crass, tasteless and the most boring thing ever produced by BBC. Its not funny at all. Infact even Queen Elizabeth can host the show better than these presenters. These guys are totally off the mark and without any sense of what hosting Top Gear means to the audience who have been religiously following the show since season 1.

    Get rid of Chris Evans!! He is HORRIBLE for the show and a TERRIBLE host! He looks completely unnatural, lacks any charisma and looks out of place in his role, like a kid trying so hard to get accepted into the "in crowd." He's yelled so much in the first episode, I've resided to muting the show during all of his segments. He's done nothing but given me a headache and migraine. He's that annoying neighbour's kid that yells all day craving attention that you yell "Shut up!" because you're fed up with that little ****

    Regarding the positives, Matt Leblanc!! Who would've thought an American host on a British show would be doing so well! He's got great charisma, is funny, has great feel, flow and rhythm for the show. Honestly, he's one of the few bright spots on the show. The Stig is great as usual. Sabine is starting to look more comfortable and less stiff/rigid after every episode. I'm neutral about Chris Harris as I'm just watching Episode 3 now.

    Again, get rid of Chris Evans. He's wrong for the show. I get why BBC had to replace the original cast, but seriously, move Matt Leblanc to the lead role, get rid of Chris Evans, and find Matt another running mate. Did I mention to get rid of Chris Evans?    … Expand

    the 23 season has got 2 things. custody of The Stig, and Mat Leblanc, everything else feels wrong. they should have changed the format completely, it sonds like chris evans is just copying what jeremy used to say, and it just reminds me that they are gone. i hope it can work out for Matt leblanc, but for everything else i hate it.

    Chris Evens is trying way too hard.The SHOW itself was boring,we got 5 mins of matt sitting in a car which is ON a truck. then the bit with the jeep was sleep.This deserves a 0 but im going to give it a 2 because matt was actually good get ride off Chris.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. During the tow of war in the episode, Chris Evans say "never before in the history on Top Gear has so much effort produce so little movement" If you hack the movement part that pretty much is my idea. The comparison of the Corvette vs the Viper. Is terrible you get no data out of the Corvette. And as of the Viper the data you get would be the same as just reading the specs. I loved how when they talked about cars in the old Top Gear how they went into really interesting details of someone who actually investigated something other than just reading the specs. Like for example when they talked about the sesto elemento how they mentioned that the car is not painted, but the during carbon fiber carcass build they add the paint reducing the weight of the car. Chris Evans is terrible at everything, keeps screaming, ripping off Clarkson or jumping around like a dancing queen.

    The competition of USA vs UK was completely boring, the last part i felt a bit more interesting, but how they ended it was terrible. The show better sack Evans, on the other hand Matt LeBlanc might do well with another partner. The interview of the star in the rally car, was boring other than the fact of La Ferrari Spider. But the new circuit felt a bit more interesting. Chris Evans said a lot of facts on twitter to the people who where "haters" of Top Gear, so here is another fact, never in the history of Top Gear has an episode been so poorly reviewed.    … Expand

    This format just doesn't work without presenters with a pleasant commentary voice...And too much fast scripted humor. Which also was the old crews ploblem in the latest seasons.To make this a success it needs to look at the seasons before 2010 for inspiration. And get a new presenter who can do the commentary parts without sounding like an teenage idiot.

    Chris Evans reminds me of that face2face student counsellor who started harassing and kissing that hot asian girl who was crying because she would fail a subject while the guy screamed "OH BABE PLS DON'T CRY I WILL TALK TO THE COURSE COORDINATOR I KNOW HIM PERSONALLY" then started kissing the girl and she screamed. Only at RMIT.

    the producers need to beg the original trio to come back !! plain and simple. as much as the new guys try, they just cant pull of the stig bit. clarkson is the only one who can do that

The script is horrendous (your mom's g-string?) and boring (c'mon, matt's car!), expert opinion totally missing, and no insightful metaphors anywhere. Matt looked more like a disgruntled guest who didn't want to be there than a host, Chris like an overly excitable 'stand-in' prop producers use to mark the Xs on theWow. It's like watching a bunch of people living in someone else's house. The script is horrendous (your mom's g-string?) and boring (c'mon, matt's car!), expert opinion totally missing, and no insightful metaphors anywhere. Matt looked more like a disgruntled guest who didn't want to be there than a host, Chris like an overly excitable 'stand-in' prop producers use to mark the Xs on the floor for the real presenters later on for the show, and there were no conversation whatsoever with the celebrities. And the sequence with the reliant?!? Not entertaining at all. I've always thought the new show would be not as good but good enough to watch, but boy, this is quite bad.… Expand

    It seems like the new hosts are trying to emulate the internal characters of the Hammond, May, and Clarkson trio - one geek, one short tempered, and one witty host - and to be honest, they are failing miserably. The worst thing I've witnessed in my 94 years of watching Top Gear. I am fewwwming. The downfall of a once elite show, and a worse collapse than Brazil in the '98 World Cup. I likeIt seems like the new hosts are trying to emulate the internal characters of the Hammond, May, and Clarkson trio - one geek, one short tempered, and one witty host - and to be honest, they are failing miserably. The worst thing I've witnessed in my 94 years of watching Top Gear. I am fewwwming. The downfall of a once elite show, and a worse collapse than Brazil in the '98 World Cup. I like to compare this to the once elite footballer Ronaldinho. Went from elite to **** **** once he changed his scenery.

    So, basically, the last season of Top Gear has given me more reasons to commit suicide then what the nazis gave the jews during the second world war.

    I am disappointed with the new top gear it was at best a poor imitation of the original I gave it a chance by watching it to the end of the program, I think it out of fairness it's name should be 5th gear , top gear it is not . I will watch any rerun but am not a fan any more . Producers eat humble pie go with cap in hand and beg forgiveness and bring back those who will take your showI am disappointed with the new top gear it was at best a poor imitation of the original I gave it a chance by watching it to the end of the program, I think it out of fairness it's name should be 5th gear , top gear it is not .
