    YUK! This show is so stupid and boring...and an equal opportunity offender. Couldn't even sit through an entire episode. Congratulations, Lifetime, on taking an already low bar and aspiring to rock bottom.

    This American version incorporates the redneck humor so beloved in reality TV these days with battle-of-the-sexes cliches that should have been retired in the '70s.

    The men's stewardship of their children proves concerning enough to give you hope that future episodes will find Yemassee transformed into an entertainingly nuts mix of the town from Children of the Corn and the prison on OZ.

    Week is about as much a serious social experiment as "Survivor" or "Kid Nation," but the production qualities are strong for a cable reality show and its subjects are fascinating as they react to the new world order
