    Opening with one of my all time favourite episodes in 'The City of New York Vs Homer Simpson' The Simpsons ninth season certainly comes close to matching the previous eight. In fact, with the exception of the dull musical clip show, there is yet again not a poor episode in the entire season.

    Season 9 is where the legacy of best tv show ever finally comes to an end. They maintain the incredible writing, but some signs of wear and cracks are visible, They are very small, and are covered by the momentum of the last 8 seasons, but they are there... book the tombstone.

    This was The Simpsons best season because of how expanded the story was. Not one bad episode in this season which is great. I'm so happy with this season.
