    It's kind of eerie how similar this series is is to Indiana Jones movies, both in design and reception. 1st movie being original, 2nd movie being a formulaic sequel, 3rd movie going all out and expanding the lore.

    This movie, like its predecessors,is full of adventure an fun, but this time adds in some depth and good character development. Overall: My favorite so far of the    It's kind of eerie how similar this series is is to Indiana Jones movies, both in design and reception. 1st movie being original, 2nd movie being a formulaic sequel, 3rd movie going all out and expanding the lore.

    The latest (and last) in the series featuring superhero librarian Flynn Carsen (Noah Wyle) packs more humor, suspense and adventure into two hours than either of its two predecessors.

    Wyle is funny and charming and dispenses just enough fascinating arcane knowledge to keep things semi-educational, the special effects are great, Newhart and Curtin are always great to see, the ubiquitous Davison ("Knight Rider") is obviously having a blast as Lazlo, and really, who doesn't like a good vampire story?

    It's a fun ride and Wyle has gotten a little better each time. That's why it's a shame there apparently won't be another.
